AJA Registrars and
providing non-confidential information
allowing us to plan your audit activity
in terms of the Auditor Skills and Time
to be required and preparing a Proposal
of Cost for Contract agreement.
Confirming
Once the contract
is agreed everything is focused on meeting
the client's schedule for certification.
Conducting
In accordance with
your time schedule, AJA conduct an Adequacy
study of your documented Management System
against the relevant baseline Standard
(9000/14001/18001 etc) to ensure that
your staff are able to easily correct
any weaknesses that may be in place and
move with confidence towards the on-site
audit.
When you believe you are prepared for
audit, AJA conduct on-site auditing -
either a 1 or 2 stage process depending
on accreditation / certification requirement
of each standard - to allow the auditors
to assess and report on the extent of
conformance and effectiveness of your
staff's implementation of the Management
System.
Certifying
After successful
completion of the on-site audit, AJA
issue a Registration Certificate against
the relevant Standard which is valid
for a 3 Year periods provided continuing
Surveillance audits (usually annual)
are successfully completed.
Continuing
At already agreed periods,
AJA conduct surveillance audit to monitor and
report on the continued effectiveness and development
of your Management System.
Extensions or Reductions in Certified scope
If during any 3 year period of certification a client company either expands it’s activities or sites or reduces the activities or sites from those originally/currently certified the client must contact AJA and advise us of the change (use “Contact Us” links).
AJA will then discuss such changes and if necessary agree audit visits to confirm the changes are still supported by an appropriate Management System and, as necessary, re-issue a revised Registration Schedule.
Details of existing certified client worded scopes of certification can be obtained through the link shown on “Our Clients” page of this site.
