Once an enquiry has been reviewed and accepted AJA Registrars will provide the enquirer with the following information
*Certificate Number(s)
* Standards involved
* Worded scope of certificate coverage
* Date of Original Certificate Issue
* Date of Expiry of current Certificate
Should an enquiry be related to a company who is under suspension or who has, in the past, either withdrawn from the scheme or who has had certified status cancelled this will be confirmed to the enquirer (the reasons for such actions will NOT be communicated on grounds of confidentiality)
